1. Booking Appointments

• Online/Phone Booking: Appointments can be booked via our website or by phone.

• Deposits: You can either pay in full or 50% deposit for your appointment to be confirmed. Kindly use our DEPOSIT VOUCHER if you would like to make a deposit.

• Consent forms: Must be signed and submitted on or before your appointment.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations or reschedules must be made 48 hours in advance. All cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Late cancellation fee is 100%

• Late /No Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling or token payment of £20 or a cancellation fee. No-shows will not be refunded.

3. Payments

• Final Payment: You can make a balance payment before or upon completion of the service. We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and mobile payments.

• Gift Cards / Vouchers: Can be used for specified services or products and have limited usage.

4. Health & Safety

• Health Information: Please disclose any allergies or medical conditions before your appointment.

• Covid-19: We follow all health guidelines for a safe and clean environment.

5. Touch-ups & Aftercare

• Touch-Ups: Recommended 4-6 weeks after services like Microblading or lash extensions. Fees for touch-ups are lower.

• Aftercare: Follow the provided aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results.
